Our Sensuality is path of awareness, as well as a path of pleasure.
When we hear Sensuality we often connect this to pleasure, and of course that’s there, and there’s much more, so much more in our Senses.
I invite you to explore the sensuality of your body, connecting you with yourself, with another, through the delicious experience of our senses.
We’ll use the languages of the body, Touch, Breath, Movement and Sound, to heal, to release, to connect, to expand, to feel
