Description
One of the oldest yoga schools in the Bhagsu/Dharamkot area in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, Mahi Yoga offers 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, retreat and drop-in classes.
Marrying ancient Vedic and yogic knowledge with the modern practices of science and teaching methodology, Mahi Yoga provides training in three main styles of yoga: Hatha (including traditional and therapeutic), Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga. The training is meant for practitioners of Yoga who want to deepen their practice as well as those who wish to teach.
