Description

Pyramid Yogshala, a family-run yoga school in Rishikesh, India that offers a range of comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Courses, including 100-hour, 200-hour, and 300-hour yoga Teacher Training (TTC) programs.

The TTC programs encompass a wide range of essential subjects, including Yoga philosophy, yogic lifestyle, asanas, pranayama, anatomy, meditation, mantra-chanting, teaching methodology, alignment, ashtanga vinyasa. Additional modules on Naturopathy and Ayurveda are added to the curriculum for a broader view on Yoga and its sister sciences. The school also offers 4, 7, 11, 14, and 21 day yoga retreats.

The campus, located minutes away from the shores of the holy Ganga, comprises four meticulously designed buildings surrounding a serene central garden, and provides accommodation for maximum of approximately 50 students every month.

TTCs start at $675 per person a triple-room sharing basis.
