Welcome to the exploration of unknown!
Happy to invite you to join the international dancing family and discover the basics of Contact Improvisation!
September 18th to 20s – a 3-day beginner friendly workshop , where we’ll ask questions and find answers in our bodies.
Three hours session will consist of two parts:
1. Solo body, where we’ll explore:
- body alignment and axis
- movement qualities
- utilising the gravity
- Inspiration to move
2. Basics of Contact improvisation:
– attentive empty touch
– weight sharing and momentum
-listening and being present
-borders and invitations to move
Contribution:
